Coaching Model

 

This 1-1 executive coaching programme for leaders has been designed by Metaphorics.  The team have developed a coaching model and an integrated series of tools that leaders can use to help them develop awareness of; their character and leadership approach, the dynamics of the team and their own personal performance. Typically the programme comprises of between three and six 1-1 coaching sessions in order to discuss your own performance as a leader and the dynamics of the team you lead.  The Metaphorics approach to coaching works on developing strengths as well as addressing weaknesses, with the primary focus being on the goals of the coachee.

 

The coaching programme is underpinned by a number of principles most notably:
 

  1. To help the leader to improve personal performance
  2. To work with the coachee to facilitate the development of their goals
  3. To provide a confidential process
