Who we are
Our consultants all have backgrounds in performance psychology and elite sport. We pride ourselves in helping people to deliver higher levels of performance. At present we are working across a number of different environments which currently include sport, education and health.

Our ongoing consultancy work in sport includes working with the England Cricket Team and the English Insitute of Sport for which Dr Mark Bawden is the National Lead Sport Psychologist. In addition, we are helping the Great Britain short track speed skating squad prepare for the Vancouver Olympics in 2010. Our work also stretches into the world of golf as a number of Europe's top golfers use our services.
We also have a number of ongoing projects in education, which include delivering keynote conference presentations at events such as the Applied Positive Psychology Conference and also the Learning Brain Conference. Our primary work is involved in Lancashire Education Authority who we have worked extensively with over the past 5 years delivering courses, insets, workshops and most recently delivering an executive coaching programme for schools in National Challenge.
In addition, we are currently heavily involved working with National Health Service delivering a Patient Care Model which educates practitioners how to deliver individualised care using a strengths based approach.
Our people are truly motivated to help and deliver improved performance with everyone that we come into contact with. We believe that our greatest edge from other training providers is our genuineness in how we approach our work as it is something we are extremely passionate about. Our training is inspirational, motivational, meaningful and makes a real difference to performance.
