Caroline Parry (MSc, HRM, FCIPD)

Caroline is an experienced HR professional and the latest consultant to join the Metaphorics team.  A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with an MSc in HRM, Caroline has over 18 years HR experience, working in large, complex organisations (including the Civil Service, NHS and Higher Education).  Before moving into HR consultancy Caroline was Head of HR Services at Sheffield Hallam University, where she successfully led and developed teams of senior HR professionals, and supported teams and individuals through major organisational change and development.  Caroline has gained significant experience throughout her career in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, appraisal and performance management, training and development and career planning, and is also qualified to deliver psychometric testing accredited by the British Psychological Society. With a passion for enabling and empowering individuals to realise potential, combined with significant leadership and management experience, Caroline provides focussed coaching and skills development to support individuals and teams through career transition and organisational change.
