| Dr Mike Rotheram is a BPS Chartered Sport Psychologist and is currently working with the GB Short Track Speed Skating Team, England Netball and Derbyshire County Cricket Club. Mike's expertise is an area called the 'yips' having spent over 8 years at Sheffield Hallam University carrying out research into the area. He has worked extensively delivering one to one coaching with head teachers and leaders. He also works extensively delivering courses, training, school insets and conferences. Over the past few years, Mike has been heavily involved in the design and delivery of the Senior Leadership Programme which has been delivered across the Children's Directorate. Mike has a genuine interest in those he works with and wants to make a real and lasting difference in those he works with. |
